In the fall of 2017, I pitched and led pre-production development for Animation Lab, a two-semester studio simulation class that produces an animated short film at UT Dallas. In the spring of 2018, I became the production designer for the short and then the director in the fall of 2018.

Drift is an abstract representation of a human mind's tumultuous struggle through a panic attack.

This gallery showcases a few of the assets that were used and animated in the end credits sequence, all of which were painted digitally by myself.

I really enjoyed artistically rendering scenes and atmospheres that were beautifully executed by my production team. It felt like a full-circle moment to be creating the end credits visuals.
